"Previous Exploration Results Confirmed and Drilling Targets Defined."

Sirius Mining Corporation's gold exploration results from the latest surface geochemical exploration in Western Australia confirm previous findings on EL 69/1444 and define drilling targets.

Results from the first field expedition in March 2001, indicated several gold anomalies and one interesting silver anomaly.

The second field expedition in April 2002 targeted the largest gold anomaly (named Angel 1) and the silver anomaly. Analysis of the results obtained confirmed the prospective nature of Angel 1 and indicated another large gold anomaly adjacent to the silver anomaly.

Prospective drilling targets within "Angel 1" were defined.

A total of fourteen gold anomalies have now been indicated.

Several lead, zinc and silver anomalies have also been further defined.

In addition diamond exploration is in the pipeline.
